The product is a water-soluble red natural food coloring obtained from red radish (Raphanus sativus L.) through extraction, filtration and refining.

未开封，上述条件下保存 24 个月。
冷冻饮品(03.04食用冰除外),果酱、蜜饯类、糖果、糕点、醋、复合调味料、果蔬汁(浆)类饮料、风味饮料(仅限果味饮料),配制酒,果冻。
按生产需要适量使用,使用范围及限量执行《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760) 相关要求。
This product is easily soluble in water-soluble solvents such as water and ethanol, but insoluble in non-polar solvents such as acetone and petroleum ether. The color changes with the pH value, red in acid, purple in neutral, and purple in alkaline. Suitable for acidic environments, not for neutral and alkaline environments.
